Our kitchen team will pamper you with diverse menus, and you can also select a traditional dish or pasta dish from the menu. We get many of our fresh products from the region, and beef and veal also come from our own farm. Do you have food allergies or food intolerances? No problem! Our kitchen team will be happy to cater to your special requests.
Regional and international dishes, buffets, and menus
Start your day with a delicious breakfast and enjoy the extensive breakfast selection with freshly squeezed juices. You can enjoy our vital breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10 am. A variety of breads from the bakery in the region as well as various sausages and cheeses, jams, muesli, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, etc. will give you plenty of energy for the day ahead.
The milk comes from our own farm. During the winter season, we offer a snack buffet in the afternoon from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. For dinner, there is a 4-course menu of your choice with daily salad buffet. We ask that you arrive in the restaurant for dinner from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. We also offer a small à la carte menu with local and regional dishes.
