Family tradition
A tradition of hospitality spanning more than 50 years
The Rainer family and the Hotel Elisabeth in Fügen in the Zillertal have been inseparable for two generations. This is also reflected in the hotel’s long-standing tradition of hospitality. The hotel was opened in 1975 by Elisabeth and Johann Haun as a café-guesthouse with 20 rooms.
In 2002, it was renovated and expanded to include a wellness area, bringing the total to 34 rooms. In 2018, a swimming pool was added to the complex. Since 2010, their daughter Birgit has been running the 4* Hotel Elisabeth with her husband Rudolf and son Rudolph, and together they are continuing the family tradition.
