ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Earliest check-in from 2:00 pm on arrival day / latest check-out at 10:00 am on departure day

PHYSICIANS & PHARMACIES

DINNER
6:30 to 8:00 pm. With good weather during the summer months, you have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or dinner on the terrace.

BATHROBES
Bathrobes are available at the reception desk for a deposit of € 20, which will be refunded after the bathrobe is returned. 

CHECK-OUT
We ask that you pay your hotel bill at the reception desk on your departure day after 8:00 am or the evening prior to your departure.

BREAKFAST
7:30 to 10:00 am. Enjoy the vast selection of our breakfast buffet.

DRINK BILL
You can charge your drinks to your room and sign for them the next morning at breakfast, or you can pay the bill each evening with the bartender.

PETS / ANIMALS
For pets, we charge € 8 per day (not including food) + € 20 for a final cleaning. We are a pet-friendly hotel and welcome all four-legged guests. However, pets are not allowed in the dining and sauna area! We ask that you notify us in advance if you are bringing your pet! 

INTERNET
WLAN access is available at the reception desk.

MASSAGES
With advance reservation at the reception desk, we will be happy to make an appointment for a massage at your desired time.

AFTERNOON SNACK
3:00 to 4:30 pm. During the winter season, you also have the opportunity to enjoy a small snack in the afternoon in our restaurant from Monday to Friday.

RECEPTION 
You can reach the reception desk from your room by dialing the number 9.

REPAIRS
Please inform us immediately of any defects in your room or in the hotel. We will repair them as quickly as possible.

SAFE
In the closet in your room. Information about use of the safe is located in the safe. If you should still need help, simply get in touch with the reception desk. 

SAUNA
The saunas and steam bath are located downstairs (basement). The infrared cabin can be adjusted according to your own needs.

SKI PASSES
We issue the Zillertal super ski pass for 2 or more days at the reception desk.

For external calls, get in touch with the reception desk if you would like to activate the room phone. Please dial the number "0" first for the office. For internal calls, please dial the extension number of the desired room. Room number = telephone number.
