What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure, Late check-out can be arranged for an additional charge.
Where can I find doctors and pharmacies?

When's dinner?
6.30 pm to 8.00 pm. During the summer months, guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner on the terrace, weather permitting.
Can I borrow a bathrobe?
Yes, of course. You can collect it from reception.
When can I pay the bill?
Please settle your hotel bill at reception on the day of departure from 8.00 am or on the evening before your departure.
When is breakfast served?
7.30 am to 10.00 am. Enjoy the wide selection on our breakfast buffet.
When do I pay the drinks bill?
You are welcome to have your drinks charged to your room and pay on departure, or you can settle the bill with the waiter each evening.
Can I bring my dog along?
We charge € 15 per day for pets (excluding food) plus a € 25 final cleaning fee. We are a pet-friendly hotel and are delighted to welcome all four-legged guests as well as by the outdoor pool and on the terrace. However, pets are not permitted in the dining room or sauna area. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet!
Is there free Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes. You can collect your access pass from reception.
Does the hotel offer massages?
If you book in advance at reception, we will be happy to arrange a massage appointment at a time that suits you.
When is the afternoon snack?
From 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm, you can enjoy a light snack - a buffet of sweet and savoury treats in our restaurant.
How do I contact reception by phone?
You can reach reception by dialling 9 from your room.
What should I do if there is a problem with the room?
Please let us know straight away if you notice any faults in your room or in the building. We will rectify them as soon as possible.
Is there a safe for my valuables?
Yes. It is located in your wardrobe. Instructions on how to use it are provided next to the safe. If you still need assistance, please contact reception.
Where is the sauna area?
The saunas and steam room are located in the basement. You can adjust the infrared cabin to suit your needs. Solarium available for a fee.
Can I buy a ski pass at the hotel?
We are happy to issue the Zillertal Superskipass at reception.
How does the room telephone work?
For external calls, please contact reception if you wish to activate your room telephone. Please dial “0” first to access the outside line. For internal calls, please dial the direct extension number of the room you wish to call. The room number is the same as the telephone number.
