Finnische Sauna

Finnish panoramic sauna 80–100 °C

The high temperatures and herbal extracts stimulate the circulation, strengthen the immune system and improve blood flow. Sweating helps to detoxify your body and cleanse and purify your skin.

Swiss stone pine and herbal sauna 60–85 °C

Slightly milder temperatures and the unmistakable scent of Swiss stone pine and fresh herbs give the sauna its relaxing atmosphere. The resins and essential oils of the Swiss stone pine help to lower the heart rate.

Infrared cabin 30–45 °C

The soothing, deep-penetrating infrared heat penetrates the body’s tissues and helps to relieve tension as well as muscle and joint pain. This also improves blood flow to the skin and boosts circulation.

Steam room

Even the ancient Romans appreciated the beneficial effects of steam baths on the skin, hair and respiratory system. The high humidity has a soothing effect on the lungs and bronchial tubes.
