Hiking

Mountain summer

Hiking in the Zillertal mountains is something truly special. You won't stop being amazed by this mountain scenery. From beginner to mountain climbing enthusiast, everyone will find just what they're looking for here!

Zillertal Activcard

Enjoy tons of advantages
The Zillertal Activcard is the ideal travel companion for all those who want to explore and enjoy the entire Zillertal.

It is the ticket for lifts, trains, and buses as well as an admission and discount card. The card allows free admission to the outdoor pools, free use of most public transportation in the region, and a discount of at least 10% with numerous partners in and around the Zillertal.

Hiking suggestion - Kellerjochhütte 2,345m

2 different routes lead to the most beautiful viewing point in the Unterinntal. You can either take the somewhat easier route via 2 hill farms or the more difficult, uphill alpine trail. Of course, the climb is well worth it!

Easy hike - Kupfnerberg

From the hotel, you will head to the Pankrazberg church (a must-see) and continue towards Uderns. You will then hike ca. 5 min. directly to the Seehüter snack station.

Alpine Crossing - from the Tegernsee lake to Sterzing

"The Alpine Crossing" is a great alternative to those routes that lead over the Alps along difficult and physically demanding mountain trails. The 7-day Alpine Crossing on the other hand promises plenty of enjoyment - from traditional Bavarian culture and Tyrolean hospitality to famous South Tyrolean wine. You can stay overnight in the towns along the route. Inns, guesthouses, or hotels in all categories allow you to get a good night's rest so that you can start your day with energy. Along with the diverse landscape of the 4 regions and each region's culture, the Alpine Crossing is an unforgettable experience.

Our hotel is located right on stage 4 of the Alpine Crossing
