About us
Birgit and Rudolf RainerOver two generations, the Haun and Rainer family as well as Hotel Elisabeth in Fügen in the Zillertal have become an inseparable entity. This can be seen in the tradition and history of the hotel. In 1975, the hotel was opened by Elisabeth and Johann Haun as a cafe-guesthouse with 20 rooms.
In 2002, the hotel underwent renovations and was expanded to include 34 rooms and a wellness area. Their daughter Birgit and her husband Rudolf and son Rudolph have been running 4-star Hotel Elisabeth since 2010 thus continuing the family tradition.
